I don't know - "On my own... here we go"

Following up on a recent entry:

My now former roommate found a job at the CBS station in South Bend, Ind., so things are going well for him.

The search for a new roommate isn't going all that well so far.

I will like you to know that am interested in your room.I am a Profeesional Computer Scientist,I moved into Florida 3 years ago from Queens Bridge New York.Am on a long vacation right now from the United States where I reside at.I am in africa,where am having a seminar lecture on computer database.Its really cool down here,only for the weather i dont like,cos its kinda hot.I will be coming back to the states in 2 weeks time and i would like to move into your apartment.Since its nice and I decided to choose it.My grandpa is gonna be coming from New York to take care of my grandma who am really sick and tired of staying with.So when he comes over,am gonna be out.Thats why I wanna get your apartment now before his arrival..I want to know your Dos and Donts,your Occupation,the time you come in and also the time you leave the apartment....,On my coming back to the united states,I will move in with you and theres no need of me going back to North Miami,where I and my grandma use to stay....Pls,I would like to know your mode of payment,so as  to make sure u get the funds as early as possible before anyone grabs the offer ok?

I thought I was going to be working at the apartment office again, but things are not going as planned. I've done a couple of boring receptionist jobs over the past three weeks, but I've also had a lot of days off because there was nothing available.

Tomorrow I'm starting a data entry job for a regional utility company. It's full time and it pays $12 an hour, a nice raise from the $10 an hour I've been getting.

If I don't find a roommate by Friday, I'm going to turn in my application for a one-bedroom apartment.

I'm: hopeful
